Our goal is for Armenian nonprofits to take their rightful place within this system — becoming more effective in management, transparent for donors and partners, and trusted by both the state and the public.
Provide consulting for nonprofits in key areas, including management accounting and finance, process digitalization, public reporting, fundraising, communications and PR, strategic planning, and more.
Launch joint partnership projects that help organizations grow strategically and strengthen their infrastructure — from building internal systems to introducing new tools and approaches.
Study and adapt international best practices so they work effectively in the Armenian context.
Unfortunately, not all nonprofits that turn to us for support are able to cover the cost of high-quality consulting and professional guidance. For this reason, we regularly open targeted fundraising campaigns. The funds are used to pay expert consultants, develop educational materials, provide training, and cover other essential program costs.
